Minecraft suddenly started lagging?

I have a gaming PC which is about 4 months old, i have decent specs:
Nvidia Geforce GTX 780 graphics card
AMD FX 8350 8 core 4.0 processor
32GB RAM
Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

I use it for gaming and every game i have ever played is capable of reaching my 144 fps with or without 3d enabled (have a 3d monitor) and when i first had minecraft it worked perfectly. I had the SEUS Ultra shaders mod and a x256 realistic resource pack installed with the Pixelmon mod. They worked perfectly until a few days ago where i started to suddenly experience a drop in fps and it now only reaches 15-20 and it is unplayable for me!

I have dedicated 4gb of RAM to Minecraft alone and i don't know what else to do, can someone please help me sort this out i can't stop it from lagging, if i take out the resource pack or the shaders mod one will work on its own but not together like they used to. I really enjoy using these resource and shaders mods and i don't want to lose them for stupid reasons.

Added (1). Sorry forgot to mention that my Minecraft has to run with 4gb or RAM allocated because my resource pack won't allow anything less.

Can you install 1.6 mods for 1.7 Minecraft?

I really want to download a 1.6 Mod that has to have forge to run. If I put it into the folder version 1.7 (Minecraft and Forge) and play on it with 1.7 will it run?

If your confused: Can you run a 1.6 Mod in minecraft on version 1.7 if it requires forge?

Minecraft Virus, fake login screen?

Going to tell the whole story: I attempted to get a nodus mod. No excuses here no matter what I say but I really would appreciate some help. After i "successfully" installed the "mod", (virus:/), the game launched like normal… At first… Then the following screen pops up:

Obviously this isn't legit right? Well, I've tried uninstalling Minecraft, but then it just re-installs four objects in the.minecraft Roaming folder:

An empty Versions folder
A.jar labeled Launcher
Launcher.pak file
and launcher_profiles.json

I've done some troubleshooting. I've COMPLETELY uninstalled java, then reinstalled it. More than once… Point being that I'm becoming infuriated due to this problem.

I can't play minecraft: I assume this launcher will just take my information, so there's no way in all H*** I'll enter my info in that box. Can anyone please help me?

Computer specs aren't really needed so no info given. Ask and I will give them as long as a proper reason to do so is given. This I hope can be resolved quickly…

I did all of this. However, when I open up Minecraft, when I click "Mods" on the main menu, The three Forge mods show, as well as custom mob spawner, but MoCreatures is not.

For some reason, MoCreatures is not being registered. I have MoCreatures in the same directory as MobSpawner. (.minecraft/mods). I have also tried extracting MoCreatures directly into the Forge version of minecraft. No effect. Please someone help me, I have been dealing with this since yesterday, and I have no more ideas.

What's an simple and easy mod pack for minecraft?

Looking for something that doesn't have that many mods or millions of mobs or millions of ores, just something to sort of add-on to minecraft.

Are there limitations to what you can mod in minecraft?

Or can you pretty much just mod it until it's a entirely different game code by code.

Strange mod in minecraft?

It is night time and i'm on the top of a tower looking at all the monsters when i see a mod that looks like a villager wearing a green pointed hat. Then after watching him for a little while he disappears. Like just vanishes. I just started playing but i have seen other people play and i'm on singleplayer mode. I have never seen anything like this, what does it mean? I'm also no where near a village. What is it?

Minecraft crash with twilight mod?

So i just recently downloaded minecraft forge and it works perfectly fine. Until I put the twilight forest mod in the mods folder. If I delete the mod it works again. I believe it's a 1.6.4 version of the mod but I have 1.7.2 version of minecraft. Could this affect this? If it does, do you have a link to the 1.7.2 mod? I've looked everywhere for the 1.7.2 mod version but I couldn't find it.
