I'm 12 years old and I'm just absolutly obsessed with MineCraft. I play it alot, but I still get a good amount of excersize every day. I have been playing it since 2013, and since I started to play, I have noticed that I'm beginning to take an interest in lots of new things that I usually wouldn't like. I'm getting interested in trees and farming, plus I'm now looking at lots of things differently. Such as occasionaly hearing a creeper explosion even when I'm not playing the game. I know I'm at that stage in my life when I go through puperty and all of that stuff about becoming a woman, which could have an effect on my new interests. But I'm really not sure. Could my favorite game Really make me smarter? Please answer As soon as possible. If it does make me smarter, new excuse to tell me parents when they won't let me on the coputer!
Can MineCraft make you Smarter?
No it don't make you smarter… It could make develop a new interest for trees and farming because that is partly what the game is based around (or one big component of the game), but it will not make you smarter other then learning a few names of trees, minerals and such…
Continue playing tho, but just don't get addicted… I have a feeling you play too much because you're "hearing sounds when they're not really there".
Lulu, you may think that it will make you more smart, but you'd be a lot smarter just concentrating on school work. That will definitely help you when you get older. Minecraft won't!
That game is addicting, I guess it can if you're going to be an architect, but you're limiting yourself to 1mx1mx1m blocks.
Try SketchUp, it's the most accessible architectural CAD type program out there.
Mincarft is good for you
