How do these USB Capture devices work?

I'm not very good at figuring out how to hook stuff up and everything but I've been wanting to record some Minecraft and EZ Muze stuff I made on Xbox 360. I don't feel like paying $80-$200 for a capture card and installing stuff on my computer. I've been seeing these "USB Capture Devices" online ranging from $2-$40 and from the sound of it, they do a decent job and are easy to use as long as you don't care about HD. All I really care is that you can tell what you're looking at and the audio is pretty clean. My only issue is that I don't know exactly how these things work. They all seem to have receiving audio/video cords along with a black rounded thing and I'm not sure if you're supposed to connect them to the Xbox or the TV. I'm not sure how you'd do either because wouldn't you need the in cords not the out cords? I don't know. Here's an example of one of the devices I'm talking of with a closeup of the cords. Pretty much all the models no matter the price, seem to look nearly identical.

Why do I get nauseous while playing Minecraft?

I used to Minecraft for hours and would be fine, but recently whenever I play for more than 20 minutes I get nauseous and get motion sickness and literally have to exit the room and close my eyes for awhile. It doesn't happen with any other game just Minecraft.

Any idea why?

How to join a minecraft party on xbox 360?

I just got an xbox 360 gold membership, but I'm not sure how the whole 'connect and play with others' thing works. Is having a gold account enough, or is there an installment I need? If not, where do I go to connect to other people?

The game I'm trying to play with others is Minecraft. Not sure if that info is important or not.

Selling old XBOX 360 Elite plus games pricing?

So I'm thinking about selling my old XBOX 360 Elite (3 years old I think?), with a 120 GB hard drive and wireless adapter included. In addition, two controllers, one wire one wireless, and the newest Guitar Hero controller. I'll also include the following games:

As you can see these are mostly big-name games and some are fairly recent. I'd like to sell it all as a bundle, or at least the console and controllers separately and then the games individually (takes more time). What would be a good asking price for everything and separate? Everything runs great by the way! No overheating issues, only reason I'm getting rid of it is because I need the money, otherwise I'm a pretty big gamer and this console has done me well.
