My XBox 360 loged me out and won't let me in because it says xbox live has been disconected?

I was about to play Mincraft with my friend, and out of no where my Xbox 360 logged me out of my profile and when I tried to log back in, it said Xbox Live has been disconnected then sends me back to choose my profile again! What Do I Do?
