Can you play Minecraft Online with an Xbox SILVER account?

I have an Xbox one, and the main account on the Xbox (algaeeater), Has gold and has purchased minecraft.

But my girlfriend has a silver, and she also plays minecraft online with me. How can she join me in a joinable online minecraft room (splitscreen), if she's silver?

Is it because it's splitscreen, and I own the game on a gold membership?

And if she got on her account, and played MC by herself. Would it let her play online with a silver, even tho the game is purchased thought a gold?

Xbox will not let me transfer items

I had an account that I had to delete, due to malfunctions. Once I made my new account, all my Minecraft saves were gone. I went to storage but it won't let me transfer items onto my storage nor extra storage. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Will my Advanced Warfare DLC transfer to next gen console?

I just got an Xbox One and I want to buy COD: Advanced Warfare for it. I have it on the Xbox 360 as a disk and I have the season pass for it. If I was to buy it for the Xbox one would I get the DLC for it for free. I know Minecraft does this.

What can't I breed in Minecraft?

I play on the Xbox 360 and I tried to breed some ocelots. Some hearts were floating but a message said, "There's too many animals being breed" But it was just the ocelots. I wasn't breeding anything else.

Can someone tell me what's wrong?

Advice on new game consoles please?

I have some stuff to sell that may give me enough money to buy a PlayStation 3 or a PS Vita, and I want to know what I should buy. Each choice has it's own ups and downs so be sure to read the details.

On the Ps3 side of things, I want to play games like Resistance, Jak and Daxter, and TLOU. The thing is though, I already have an Xbox 360 and I only want a PS3 to play those games (as well as play with other friends that have a PS3 but not a 360).

At the Vita side, I can play Minecraft, Borderlands, and plenty of indie games on the go. But the PS Vita doesn't have a lot to offer gamewise (not a lot of 1st party support). However I'm usually out in public or at school so having those games to play would be fun instead of being stuck with horrible phone games.

Added (1). So what would be best to get?

Should I buy or build my first gaming computer? And if so what parts should i buy?

I have never had a gaming computer before and i'm pretty much a newbie to computer hardware so I need help. I have an ASUS laptop with an intel i5 quad core processor, 4gb of ram, and intel 4000 graphics(which I heard is pretty much the worst graphics option for gaming you can get), and all I play on it is minecraft mostly(bc I don't have the specs to run games) and sometimes garrys mod. I recently bought skyrim on steam and if I run it on low graphics settings it works ok. This is my first computer and its ok, but its a laptop so I can't customize it whatsoever and put better parts in so… I want a gaming computer. So first of all, should I buy one, and change out parts eventually as I get more money? Or build my own from scratch?
If you think I should build one, I would want something like:

8gb of ram
atleast 500gb of memory, but maby 1tb
an intel i5 processor
I don't know anything about motherboards so whatever you think
As for graphics cards, Geforce gtx 740-760 whatever fits the price range
My budget- the highest I can go is probably $500 but maybe more.

Btw I want it to run games that the xbox one can run at medium to good performance. I atleast want to be able to run xbox 360 games if xbox one level games are out of the $500 price range
