Can I download maps for Minecraft on the 360?

Added (1). My son wants to play some of the maps that he sees on Youtube. Is it only available on console?

I see some places to download and some instructions. Download, flash drive, save game, etc…

I'm not breaking some Xbox rule that will get me banned, am I?

M girlfriends a big fan of minecraft, she plays it on pc though. I can't afford a computer, so i was thinking of getting it for xbox 360. Is the 360 port any good? Or does it leave out too many features?

My minecraft FPS is low! (15fps)?

Hi, i have a toshiba satellite c660-2el laptop and it is over 5 years old. I play minecraft on xbox and decided to play on pc. (well, laptop) I realised my fps was low so i googled the best settings for fps and changed them and hardly anything changed. I then downloaded optifine and used it and again, hardly anything changed. I'm getting fed up of the extreme lag and getting killed at the cornocopia of minecraft hunger games. Could someone please tell me the best thing to so? Restore my laptop to get rid of viruses or whatever, Download another mod? Or buy a gaming PC or another pc. What is it on my laptop that slows down my FPS? I've heard something about the CPU and GPU and GB or ram or something like that, so any help will be appreciated!

Every time I try to retrieve an xbox 360 minecraft save for xbox 1, the loading freezes?

I went to xbox 360 and put a world save for xbox 1 (I had a storage device plugged in) then when it was donr I took the storage device out of 360 and put it into xbox 1. I went to minecraft and pressed retrieve xbox 360 save. And while it says downloading file data, it always freezes at the same exact point
I've waited hours and it still won't move. I've tried many times please help

Am I too old for minecraft?

So, I turned 16 yesterday and I have run into a problem.

I have been playing minecraft for 6 years now (since 2010) and I still love it. But with minecraft coming to Xbox, Ps3 etc. A VERY young audience has flocked to the game.

I don't mind, but my parents (who hated minecraft to begin with) have taken notice.

They have banned me from playing it until I become an adult when I turn 18.

They say that minecraft is for 'babies' and the average age of a minecafter is 5 to 11.

I would rather not wait that long, but every time we pass a little kid in public that has a minecraft shirt; I never hear the end of it.

I tried showing them the ADULT youtubers who make tons of money of the minecraft videos they make, but my parents just insult them and say their just like "Bronies"

I'm not a Bronie, but I'm friends with some and my parents have offended them several times.

Anything I can do to convince my parents i'm not TO OLD for minecraft?
