Every time I try to retrieve an xbox 360 minecraft save for xbox 1, the loading freezes?

I went to xbox 360 and put a world save for xbox 1 (I had a storage device plugged in) then when it was donr I took the storage device out of 360 and put it into xbox 1. I went to minecraft and pressed retrieve xbox 360 save. And while it says downloading file data, it always freezes at the same exact point
I've waited hours and it still won't move. I've tried many times please help
