Which MacBook pro processor?

I'm thinking about getting a Macbook in the future, and was wondering which specs are better. I will be doing lots of Minecraft, Video editing, etc.

1. 2.0GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 Turbo Boost up to 3.2GHz 8GB 1600MHz memory
2. 2.8GHz Dual-core Intel Core i7, Turbo Boost up to 3.3GHz 16GB 1600MHz DDR3L SDRAM

Please keep answers a bit simple, I'm kind of techy, but make sure their is enough technical info.

The #2 specs are better. Faster clock speeds and more memory.

I'd also like to point out those aren't macbook pro processors, they are Intel processors. Apple doesn't make processors, memory, harddrives, gpu's, motherboards or anything else you'll find in a macbook.

The motherboards are made by Foxconn in China and the rest of the hardware is off the shelf parts you'll find in any other laptops.
