What's the point of Minecraft?

Have you played the sims? Do you like it? What's the point, there's no objective. Thats the point of minecraft, its a sandbox game that you can do/make anything on, the goal is to live, not die, get the best gear possible and continue to live and make a big castle fort house thing.
Although in a sort of recent update they added a boss mob in a new demension called "the end" so tecnically the goal would be to defeat the end boss mob.

Just like the Sims, Spore (from maker of the sims, an awesome game), Sim city games (again, a sim game, they seem to have the most examples), there's no point. Live, do, be, make, that is the point

I'm sure a lot of games you play seem dumb to others, it's a matter of opinion.

For autistic people to sit around building things with an imaginary purpose. Anyway. G2g back to Minecraft.

Mostly bulid and survive! To craft stuff. It was interesting to me, but I got motion sickness…
