I Recently bought a HP 15-F387WM and want to upgrade it to a medium grade gaming laptop. Just for Minecraft and World of Warcraft
What parts should I upgrade? And which parts should replace them?
Upgrading a HP 15-F387WM?
Can't undo a bad choice.
You paid for useless touch-screen.
You can't upgrade graphics processing or CPU which are one unit soldered to the motherboard.
You get a slight improvement by matching the ram with a second stick IF it is a 2 slot laptop.
It appears to have a second slot, so you can match the ram.

Upgrade of the system ram does not do a lot.
You have A8-7410 with R5 7410 graphics

The graphics processor can only use 2GB of system ram but doesn't need any more.
The only gain of the 2nd stick is that it might raise the graphics ram use to 128 bit from 64 bit to use matching sticks. You can also replace the 4GB 1600 speed with a 4GB 1866 if you want, of matching other parameters, but adding an 1866 is worse than a 1600.
Gaming rank is about #351

It is a little lower than Intel HD 5500 on 5th gen core i laptops
cpu benchmark 2602

It should perform a slightly lower than Intel i3-5005U based laptops.
That is where it stands. SSD upgrade won't make gaming faster. It is faster as game load and settings changes. For that, you need an SSD of larger storage than all active and hidden in use in the HDD.
You buy an SSD, and clone HDD to SSD, and swap them. Generally you do it with a USB-SATA enclosure.
Costwise, not worth doing really.
Maybe see if Razer Cortex or Iobit Game Booster does anything.
You can search for the freeware. You can't. 99% of laptops can't be upgraded for graphics. Your only options are a new hard drive or more RAM, neither of which will help with gaming.
