Mincecraft Running Slowly?
Added (1). Yesterday I was playing in my own server that I made with my friends, and everything was alright, but out of no where minecraft began to run super slow, this only happens to me in my server, my friends don't complain of any lag, and I'm 100% sure is not the internet.
You will need to put the files on your computer I will tell you the plugins I want! There will be a drawing to see who can do the bukkit server with me.

Added (2). there's only 2 people on it and no mods just started it today and have barely done anything yet
I like to play on servers like mineplex cosmicpvp would I get any lag playing on those servers? 
I have a home hosted server and the IP changes every time my router resets and it's really annoying having to find the new one then send it on Skype to all my friends.
I bought a domain a few months ago so is there any way I can make the domain point to my server even when the IP changes?
Lately I have been having extremely irritating issues with my computer. It all started a few days ago when I was playing with one of my nephews on his favorite game "Minecraft". After playing for a while on a hosted server he lagged out and couldn t rejoin, I later found a had the same issue but when I restarted my computer everything went wrong. The bottom of the desktop was pure white not light grey, my Wi-Fi (which is connected by a netgear Wi-Fi adapter) would turn on then turn off and wouldn t list any problems in the troubleshoot. I've reinstalled my netgear adapters disk which installed the program for it. But when I openedmit my screen zoomed in and became extremely discoloured. I'm extremely confused and since I need my computer for I need urgent help. If you could spare your time to help me I would be very grateful.

I'm in vanilla with no plugins on an all-op whitelisted server.
So i'm trying to port forward a server, but my iPv4 address is the same as my computer pc address. How can I change this?
I need a nice and cheap server, under $200, for me to run a minecraft server on. And it needs to either come with at least 2 GB of ram, or be compatible with ram that I could purchase from a store cheaply. Also, it needs to have at least 2 GB of storage, not including what the software (linux) would take up. Any ideas?
