Does herobrine exist on minecraft ps3 edition?

I know notch said he wasn't real but i think thats a joke, i just bought the minecraft playstation 3 edition of PSN store and my cousin told me about heroberine after finding a castle with redstone lights and " his pickaxe" as he says. I don't believe it but he insists he is real and i done a bit of digging and found he was "removed" in update 1.7 or something. Is this true because even though i haven't found any evidence of him in person i'm nervous i will run in to him after mining gold or dismonds or iron and he will burn my house and kill me

Minecraft PS3: can you go from Survival to Creative back to Survival in one world?

I'm planning on building a wall around a village I took over, but I'm too lazy to do it in survival. Can I switch to Creative, then to Survival once done?
Will my friend who is also in the world know that it was put into creative at one time?

Unfortunately, I live in a small town and it's hard to find people here who share the same enthusiasm for video games that I do.

Ok so just wondering what the dlc are, when would they come out or at least the first one, and how much they usually cost, please. This isn't a dlc I know, but does anyone know when the update for minecraft will be coming out and what will it change?

How to Get Split-Screen on Minecraft PS3 Edition?

It seems like I've tried every which way to get split-screen while playing minecraft on my PS3. I have an HDTV and an HDMI cable and I tried hooking that up, then pressing "start" on the second controller (in-game), but that didn't work at all. I've tried simply pressing "start" on the second controller (in-game) but that doesn't work either. I'm starting to get really frustrated, because it seems like everyone has the split-screen capability, but no one knows how to set it up. I was hoping someone could give me detailed instructions on how to get this to work (especially if I need to change some settings within the PS3 itself).
