Which PS3 games don't require an install or have a small install file?

I have a 12GB PS3 and surely enough, after the installation of GTA V, my memory is almost full. I have a mere 800mb left, and I wanted to see which games I can buy which either don't have a mandatory installation or have a small installation (eg Minecraft).

Just for the record, I'm going to upgrade my HDD to 500gb in roughly two months, so I want something to play in the meantime.

Any thoughts?

Any way to lock certain games on my ps3?

I have minecraft downloaded onto my playstation 3 and it is accessible to all users. I'd like for my little brother not to be able to play it so is their anyway I can lock it for all users with a passcode or something?

PS3 Games that have a Homey feel?

Does anyone know of a game that's a mix between The Sims's residential feel and an open world adventure like GTA? I want to be able to have a house to live in which you can interact with, but go kill stuff when your ready. Kinda like Minecraft but more advanced if you will.

What is a great creation game for ps3?

I loved soul caliber, Skyrim, Dragon Age, Dragon's Dogma, Sims, terraria, minecraft and some others I can't think of. I prefer if it is character creation but games like sims are ok too. I'm getting bored of the same games and would like to know a new game for ps3 or ps4 that I could buy.

Really bad lag in PC games?

Lately all my PC games have been really laggy online. They're basically unplayable. I can play on my PlayStation with little to no lag at all, however every game on PC lags terribly. I use an AT&T 4gLTE hotspot for my connection. I know it isn't the most stable connection but its usually barely noticeable. TF2 shows huge lag spikes and has crazy rubberbanding, and Minecraft which used to have no lag at all is totally unplayable. I've done a virus scan, checked to see if something was connected to the network, and checked my resource monitor. Anyone have a suggestion for me? Everything besides playing games is fine, downloads, YouTube etc…
