Should I get a gaming PC, X-box or PS4?

So, I've wanted a gaming pc for a while now, and I was recently told by my father that we could each pay half on one if I improved my grades.

I've known a friend since I was 6 years old, (currently 14) and we play games together, (Minecraft, CS: GO, League of legends, etc.) as we're growing away from pc games, we were talking about me getting a PS4, as he has one and plays Black Ops 3, and GTA5 on his PS4.

However I've also been talking to my mates at school about getting an x-box 1, as they all have one, and all play GTA, BO3 etc. I'm not sure what to do, and what console I should get… I have enough money for either of the consoles.

Added (1). Update: I know you can't play games with people on different consoles, so i'm not sure which one I should get. The games i'll be playing are:
- Assassins Creed: Origins
- Call of duty: Black ops 3
- GTA: V
- Call of duty: World war 2

Minecraft: PS Vita cross buy not working? - 1

So in April 2014 I bought Minecraft for the PS3 (Digitally/PSN) which gave me the Vita version for free (even when I check my licenses I see it in the account management). So I just bought a PS Vita a few days ago from today and found out that I can't download the full game and says trial and purchase full game. I have synced my trophies to see if this was the problem but it still hasn't shown as the whole game. Am I doing something wrong? Has it expired?

How can I play on someone elses mincraft map without them being on?

So we have two ps accounts on one playstation 4. We created a map together on split screen but on his account. Now i want to play on that map with my account but it will only load up on split screen. How can i play on his map without him being in the game?

I'm doing Christmas shopping and My son has a PS4, He wanted GTA 5 and Minecraft. I just did a little Christmas shopping yesterday and got him GTA 5. The stores were out of Minecraft.

Ps4 controller won't connect via bluetooth to console after using it with DS4Windows?

I got ds4 windows this morining to use my controller to play overwatch and minecraft on my PC. I had to make a custom profile for minecraft and deafult worked for overwatch of course. I had a hard time connecting the controller at first but once i got it connect it worked fine. When pairing the ds4 to the PC i unplugged the ps4 so it wouldnt connect to it. When i turned back on my ps4 i can't connect it with bluetooth, and my controller has never been able to connect via the cable. I'm at the "Press ps button to use controller screen". I have no other controllers to use with the ps4

What exactly are texture packs on Minecraft?

I love playing Minecraft. I like building mansions, cities, towns, and stuff like that. Though, I'm only playing the PS3 version, and what I hate sometimes is the limited amount of blocks and colors to choose from. Do texture packs provide more of a variety?
