Minecraft Player Built structures in new worlds that no one has played in?

In my worlds I get really lucky with the way stuff generates. But the catch is, I get a lot of player made structures in worlds no other person has been in and places I have never been too. Like perfect cobble stone stair out of a cave that I have never been into, or a random dug out places that is perfectly symmetrical, just stuff like that. I play on ps3 newest update, does anyone know if this is generated or is something like Herobrine "haunting" my world. I don't believe in herobrine but I'm open to answers like it. Does anyone know of or has any experience in this? If so please help.

How much does a used PS4 sell for?

I want to sell my PS4 because well. I don't use it, it just collects dust and i much rather sell it to get money for better parts for my gaming PC. I do have a few games like GTA V, Tomb Raider definitive edition, Fifa 14, Dragonball Xenoverse, Minecraft, and Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare. The only game disc with a few tiny scratches is Fifa 14. The console itself is pretty much good as new, i would just have to clean it and remove all the dust.
