How to add funds to my PSN account through PayPal without adding Credit Card?

I'm trying to buy Minecraft for PS4, but when I try to add funds/buy it, Paypal or PSN is forcing me to add a Credit Card, which I don't have.
How can I buy Minecraft with my funds on Paypal without adding a credit/debit card?
