How to play minecraft multiplayer ps3 without hdmi?

Minecraft *has* to be connected in HD for multiplayer to work, unless you're playing multiplayer online.

HDMI is best, but component (red/green/blue) video will also work.

Component (yellow) standard-def video will not let you play co-op and there's no way to force it.

You really would need a HDMI cable I was watching my brother playing mincraft and I wish I was there playing split screen with him.
