Minecraft pocket edition local server?

HelLo now I want to make a local server for me and my friends to play on… But how can I make it so that they can't break any blocks and a pvp arena stuff like real servers is there any way I can do that for local?

Why does this happen in minecraft pocket edition?

I joined my sisters brand new game, and for some reason I already had a few blocks- five wood, five stone, five cobblestone, five touches, and weirder things, like five brick stairs. Why did that happen? Is that just something that happens every now and then if you're lucky? It was pretty cool but it confused me. I thought it was especially weird because it wasn't even my world, I was just a guest on my sister's server. Anyway, has this happened to anyone else?

What is the price of Minecraft?

I might buy Minecraft on PC but my friend says he got it at roughly the same price as Pocket Edition. For me, PE costs about P250 but is the PC edition the same case?

I'm asking about the latest edition (1.7.2). And one last detail: do you pay only once or every update?

Hi, i went on playstore to search for the minecraft pocket edition demo and i can't find it… Did they remove it? I searched for it but nothin… It only shows the full version.
