HelLo now I want to make a local server for me and my friends to play on… But how can I make it so that they can't break any blocks and a pvp arena stuff like real servers is there any way I can do that for local?

On the pocket edition there's nothing like that due to it being heavily underfunded and lacking the system requirements it needs.
