How to Exit A World In Minecraft PE?

So, I know this may be a very stupid question to ask, but I really need to know. I've done in before, many times, but I always forget how to exit a world in minecraft pe, thank you!

Why is Minecraft isn't the same as it was before?

Ok so to get things straight, I don't hate Minecraft, It's a good game and all but… I finally decided to quit playing it… I've been it playing for two years or so but nowadays, It just doesn't feel the same way as it was before like in old Minecraft. (Alpha version to be specific) Its it just because I'm some guy who is all 'I like it the way it was before' because I started playing Minecraft in those old days? Has minecraft become just bad? Or is it something else? Because the last Time I had REAL fun while playing minecraft is when I decided to play the LITE version of Minecraft pocket edition a couple weeks ago (It was an app for iOS that was then deleted from the app store a couple years ago that is very similar to 'old' Minecraft - on the version 0.2.1 alpha) So someone… Help me out here?

Added (1). I also forgot to mention that I play (or used to. ) Minecraft PC, Xbox 360 edition, and Pocket Editon

Okay so I got minecraft pocket edition and I had a nice base then I log out when I get back I'm somewhere else and in my hand are seed it is driving me mad please help!

How to avoid an ip-ban?

I have been playing on a minecraft PE server and some idiot banned me for no apparent reason. I'm ip-banned. Does anyone know how to avoid this? (without downloading any stupid tools) Maybe create a fake email address and login from another computer? That way i can register a new account.
