Jens/Jeb Bergenstein (Developer of Mojang) said on the News for Minecraft pe cheats, he states: 0.11.0 for Minecraft Will release on May 5-10th of this year. That is the Official release date for 0.11.0 for minecraft pocket edition. So yes, 0.11.0 Will release May 5-10 2015.
