Hi there my computer recently broke (due to my lil brother) I have managed to save the i5 3570k and a corsair ram (2x4gb) 1600mz each. All I need is a mother board and video card. My previous mobo was a Asus Maximus v formula and no video card. My set up will be used for playing arma 3, minecraft and skyrim and also will be recording and edit videos. I will only be recording Minecraft videos, no other games will be recorded. I will edit videos once my recordings are finished

I can play games like The Witcher 3 (on high) at 55-60 fps and ARK (on low) at 40-60-120 fps but when I try to play minecraft it drops low sometimes and laggy and on league of legends (on medium) when i'm in a fight it drops to 40-60?

Why isn't my Minecraft Forge showing up on the launcher?

Okay, so I'm running minecraft on my MacBook Air, and I have previously downloaded minecraft forge for 1.10.2 and 1.7.0, however, when I drag forge for 1.8.9 into the versions folder within the minecraft folder, and I go to the minecraft launcher, it isn't on the version list. I have done the exact same things as I have with the other forge version, so why is this one the only one which isn't working? And, most importantly, how can I fix it?

(I have re-downloaded forge for 1.8.9 multiple times trying to get it to work, I've restarted minecraft, restarted my computer, and I just don't see what I'm doing wrong)
