What is the name of this video game?

About 2 years ago or so there was a game in development. It was on YouTube and I remember donating about 20 dollars towards its cause. The guys quit their job in order to commit to this game full time but I've been through so much the last 2 years I totally forgot about it.

I remember the game was a first person shooter. The characters kind of looked like the Spartans in Halo. You could also build stuff on the map in a minecraft like style. You could travel into space and back down to the planet without any loading screens it was all one big map. There was a game mode whee you could build a base and defend it from alien like creatures.

If anyone knows the name of this game please tell me I can't find it. There was videos on YouTube about it but I forgot what it was called. Please if someone knows I would really appreciate it if someone told me the name of that game. It was a PC game.

What are good online games to play for my youtube channel?

Any ideas on how to make my games run faster?

(THIS QUESTION IS DIRECTED TO GAMERS AND COMPUTER WIZARDS) I have Minecraft and I lag. I get very low FPS, even though I'm using a $1000 computer. It's not a gaming computer. I was hoping I could play Battlefield 4 on it but it lags. Here is what it is:
Manufacturer: Samsung (Sounds sucky already I know)

Its a Laptop

Processer: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40GHz

RAM: 8.00 GB (7.89 GB usable)

Also I was told it had a great graphics card.

Last week I took it to Home Depot and they said it was a GREAT computer and it shouldn't be lagging. Then they flipped the computer over and unscrewed it and did magical things and then said, "Try it out". So I started up Minecraft and to amazement it wasn't lagging at all. Its been about a week and now its back to lagging. Please Help I ordered Battlefield 4 for Christmas and I don't want my laptop to lag when I play it!

My house randomly exploded in Minecraft?

I was playing minecraft on easy mode and i had a house, and just when i placed the iron in my chest my whole house exploded. I got so scared. I didn't saw any creeper or stuff. What could it be? I had many needed things there and i did. I had gold Gotta take it back/ oh btw i'm on 1.7.4. And i had not TNT

Why can't they take this out of Call of Duty?

Each time in COD I run into people then I can't move and it causes me to die very often. Why can't they take out player collisions, why can't they just make us go through players like minecraft instead of raming into each other and making it feel crowded.
