Looking for a laptop that works with schoolwork but especially videogames, like minecraft, TF2, the witcher, ect. Do you think the Toshiba Satellite with the touchscreen feature is a good choice?

Most likely not, maybe you are able to play these games under medium to very low setting and resolution but I wouldn't recommend it.
It really does depend of your specification and what is in the laptop but I have not seen or found any that is a touchscreen semi-gaming computer.

If the card graphic is " Intel HD graphics ", i don"t thinks is a good laptop for games. Search for a laptop who have Nvidia Card Graphic is so better for games
