I need a gaming computer that can record while playing games like call of duty, minecraft, gta, ect. Please link me computers or specs that aren't more thank like a 600 computer

So I want to change my Windows to 64-bit but, I can't decide if, I should stick to Windows 7 or use the fancy new Windows 8

Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family
Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2200 @ 2.20GHz (It has two cores)
4.00 GB DDR2 Memory
And if it's decided on what do I want it to use it for:
Mostly Internet and flash games
Adobe software like Photoshop and Flash
Maybe some games like Minecraft, and Old GTA game (GTA, GTA2, GTA3, GTA: VC, GTA: SA)
Watching Movies
Listening to some music
Running Emulators etc.
So what should I choose?
I'm looking for a laptop that can run some basic games. Games it has to run: L4D2, Minecraft, Fallout 3, WC3, SC2, and starwars battlefront 2. Games I would like to run but not a deal breaker: Black ops 1&2 MW2, MW3, Halo games. My budget is around 525 USD. Also how would the Asus vivobook x202e fair with my requirements? Lastly what are some fun older games I didn't list that you like? Sorry for the long post.
I really wanted a minecraft account and play The walls pvp but when I go to stores I don't see any $25 minecraft cards it's just the $50 ones. So if I buy minecraft with the $50 what else I can purchase?

I've looked around super secret settings in minecraft 1.7, and i can't get it back to normal. The most normal i get is a little blurred in blocks. How do i make it back to normal minecraft?

I'm looking for a new laptop since the one I have now is slowly dying.
It's gonna have to be able to run programs like photoshop and corel painter.
I'm fully aware that a lot of people recommend macbooks for art students, but I'd rather not buy one, since in my opinion, they're simply too expensive, and I'm also a bit of a gamer, so I'd be happy if I was still able to play a few games (Like transformice or minecraft, not the newest assassins creed or dead space). There's also programs like SAI that can't run on mac etc.
I'd be overly happy if any of you were able to help me, so thanks in advace!

I was just wondering if anyone knew a minecraft series similar to The Minecraft Project by TheSyndicateProject.
My Specs are;
-Windows 8 64-bit
-Intel i3-3227U CPU
-6GB RAM
-Intel Graphics HD 4000 1.5GB
To put it into perspective, I can run Minecraft on the Highest Graphic Settings around 25fps and the Lower End at 60fps. Also I can run Skyrim on the defaulted Low setting and have lag ONLY in extremely hectic situations.
Help?
Added (1). What NVidia or ATI would be suitable for my Laptop? As in, I wouldn't have to also replace my power supply.
Added (2). It is a Dell Inspiron 3521 (15) That's about as specific as I can get, I bought it at Wal-Mart and it was the only one with Intel i3 AND 6GB Ram.
