I need a gaming computer that can record while playing games like call of duty, minecraft, gta, ect. Please link me computers or specs that aren't more thank like a 600 computer

Good luck getting a computer that can record while keeping the frames decent with high settings if that's your budget. You have to bump up your limit a bit, to get anything out of the videos.
For a computer to run games like cod for 650$ is no problem. But, I'd you're recording, you can easily drop up to 20 frames. You're gonna need to bump up your budget to at least 800$.
Also there's no GTA5 for PC.
Build a computer. You can save more than 200 dollars than buying a prebuilt one, and it can run games way better too. However, here is a prebuilt one for the best price you're gonna get:

Intel i5 is more than enough for multitasking etc.
and the radeon hd 7770 plays skyrim on ultra at 60 fps, and battlefield 4 on medium-high settings.
