Which is better? Windows 7 x64 or Windows 8 x64?

So I want to change my Windows to 64-bit but, I can't decide if, I should stick to Windows 7 or use the fancy new Windows 8

My Computer:
Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family
Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2200 @ 2.20GHz (It has two cores)
4.00 GB DDR2 Memory

And if it's decided on what do I want it to use it for:
Mostly Internet and flash games
Adobe software like Photoshop and Flash
Maybe some games like Minecraft, and Old GTA game (GTA, GTA2, GTA3, GTA: VC, GTA: SA)
Watching Movies
Listening to some music
Running Emulators etc.

So what should I choose?

If you freak out when you have to learn new things, then stick to Windows 7. Otherwise go for Windows 8.1 and get the latest.

Windows 7 x64

Do you like smart phones / tablets / touch screens? Then go with WIN8. If you like the traditional OS overlay, then stay with WIN7. // Only 4GB of RAM? Add at least 2GB more!

You only have 4GB ram. The purpose of the 64bit version of OS is for your computer to manage greater than 4GB so you can, in part, do some heavy multi tasking. W/out more than 4GB of RAM, you don't gain anything by upping to the 64bit OS.

If i had to choose, ill choose Windows 7 x64
Why?
Well… Lets get to the point!
Windows 7 is the best, easiest and most stable OS there's!
Windows 8 has alot of bugs and you can't even play the most games on it! And Win 8 lags much more than Win 7 (depends on performance) And if you don't have more than 4gb of RAM on your computer, you can't run WIN 8!
So pick Win 7, you won't regret it! WIN 8 has alot of new features, so before you can start doing stuff, you need to learn How-To-Use-It!
I've tested the both of them! WIN 7 WON!

Windows 7 x64 is better.

From reading the trouble-shooting forums, it appears that the Windows 8 is not kind to older games.
Windows 8 is for touch screens, and was patched to work with a K&M. I believe that like Windows 7 killed the DOS games the Windows 8 is trying to kill the older games, so you will need to buy games made for it.
