Well i have a lenovo y410p i play games on it sometimes.

intel core i7
2.40-2.80
1600 processor speed
anyways when i play games i heard you have to clean your pc once a while from all the cache that builds up i don't know.

any suggestions of how to take care of my pc so i don't screw things up
I do not care about weight or size as long as it is a laptop. I know that desktops get more for your money, but I want a laptop. Please do not say I should get a desktop.
My price range is no more than 1,500 but i do not need the best laptop, it it is only slightly better but costs a ton more.
I want a PC with windows 7 or 8 touchscreen or none it does not matter. Also, any ideas on how to choose is also good.
I will be used mostly for running programs I made, minecraft (feed the beast), and usual everyday uses.
I'm at the modcreator's website for downloading Galacticraft, but when I download the files, they just show as: "Error: Invalid or corrupt jarfile C:\Users\Tim\Downloads\Galacticraft-1.6…
Does anyone else find the same problem, or could I find working files somewhere else perhaps?
I would like to be able to use the texture pack I made for 1.7 in a modpack that I downloaded for 1.5.2, but I can't find anyway of converting back to the 1.5 format.
Hi so i was wondering if there was a game where you get left in the middle of nowhere or something? Sort of like minecraft or starbound or something like that i don't really care about price free or not.
I mainly like surviving, taking shelter from things like wild animals or zombies and all that kind of stuff also building, hunting, cooking and maybe multiplayer if anyone knows of such a game please tell me know!

It's been forever since i played last time and i heard there's a new update and i want to update my minecraft but as soon as i open minecraft i can't play it because apparently there's a java problem.

I used to get over 100 fps when using any Shader pack, last night however i only top getting 25 fps when using the Shaders. I have no idea why it changed but it used to be fine. I can play any other game maxed out to date.
My GPU is GTX 780
My CPU is i7 4770K
16Gb Ram
