Well i have a lenovo y410p i play games on it sometimes.
specs 8gb ram
nivida ge force graphics
intel core i7
2.40-2.80
1600 processor speed
anyways when i play games i heard you have to clean your pc once a while from all the cache that builds up i don't know.
i have these 3 games
minecraft
laegue of legends
rift
any suggestions of how to take care of my pc so i don't screw things up

You won't screw anything up, just maybe slow it down, you can go into system tools and run a disk clean, that will get your cache all cleaned out and defrag if you need some more space. Go to start, all programs, accessories, system tools and pick the one you want to run

it's a simple program that doesn't use lots of virtual memory.

The only thing that you could clear up is RAM. To do so, press Windows Button+R type msconfig, go to the startup tab and just untick the programmes you don't need, apply then restart your PC.
