Minecraft lagging on elitebook 8440p?

I have a Elitebook that my dad gave to me recently as he got a new laptop. I downloaded Minecraft and every time that I play the game lags a lot. The game drops to around 15fps every time I move around but easily reaches 80fps while not moving. The lag does not occur that much in creative mostly in survival. I have turned off fancy settings installed optifine set the render distance to small and used razor game booster to try and help fix the problem. Please help if you know a way to fix this problem.

Windows 7 32-bit

Intel integrated graphics

4g of 1666mhz ddr3 ram

What is a good (free) screen recorder for minecraft?

I'm starting my YouTube channel, Shadowlink MC, and I need a good screen recorder that's free, not fraps, and that records voice and All the frames. Already tried hyper cam. Any other good ones? Also, any tips on how to grow channel and record good?

Hhow to reset the nether on minecraft? (on p.c)?

I'm trying to but I don't know how to. They say to go to your documents or files something like that but i'm confused! Please help I built a nether portal in survival and I was really looking forward to get some ghast tears but I spawned in the air in the middle of a enormous lava pit.

I can't see anything but the sky in minecraft?

I turned on my computer today to play minecraft and I'm unable to see anything but the sky (image) and I have a new computer with an upgraded graphics card so that is not the issue.
