Can a HP Pavilion p6-2127c Desktop PC run a MSI GeForce GTX560 Ti 1?

I've asked if my PC can run with another card, but I didn't get reviews that it can. Here's a link to another graphics card I found, I want to know 2 things. Can this run Minecraft shaders at 40-80 FPS, Shaders for minecraft makes you lag a ton, regularly without Shaders I get up to 60-80 FPS! With shaders I get 25, I want to get better FPS. Second, can my computer use this graphics card, please hep me, I've been doing more than 2 hours of research for a good graphics card for my computer here are specs aswell

Teaming Up With Fellow Minecrafters?

and my channel evolves around Minecraft! And i'm pretty bored of playing it solo so i was wondering if anyone would like to team up and make loads of minecraft videos together. Maybe we can do a survival series, play minigames like hunger games or just play with other people.

Good gaming computer build for $500-$700?

I usually only play a handle full of MMORPG'S like games from Nexon and Minecraft and other games in that kind of category. Not saying there's a "best" gaming computer build but what are your oppinions on what build I should go with. I would appreciate it if you could list the items and the price of the things that you recommend so i can do a little research before i do go out and buy the materials needed. I'd rather build it myself but if it is more convenient to just choose the items you want and have someone build it for you then I could look into that.
