Very random question: for any Minecraft players that played the game during its golden age, what are Minecraft's most memorable sounds?

When you think of the sounds that made the game, the sound of your pick mining stone, fire crackling, a creeper hissing, a cow mooing, what're the main noises that you think of / that make you nostalgic?

I'm making a Minecraft tribute piece in FL Studio, playing a medley of a few songs using note block samples, but wanted to spice up the percussion with sounds memorable to a 1.7-1.8 player. Any feedback, thoughts, opinions on what you think would work best are appreciated.

How to fix MineCraft crashing during launch?

My Minecraft has been broken for the past 2 months.
When you click "Play" is starts to load up as per usual. When it gets to the mojang screen, it says that it has stopped responding then eventually crashes.
I've tried everything - uninstalling and reinstalling, downloading files from a working MineCraft and uploading them, checking my drivers to see if they were outdated. Everything is updated, including my graphics, but it's still not working.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
