No texturepack Folder in Minecraft?

I downloaded Mine4Dead, and I want to add the texturepacks, but I don't know how I should do this.

Can anyone show me how I should do this?

I clicked on %appdata%, then ROAMING, then.minecraft, and now no texturepack folder. How should I do this?
