A friend of mine will be getting a free Nvidia GT 630 soon and wants to know if he can play these games:
League of Legends
Minecraft
Garry's Mod
Left 4 Dead 2
His other specs are Intel Core i3 3220, 4GB RAM, Windows 7
And also what would be the average fps? On your recommended settings for these games?
My friend may or may not have downloaded minecraft off a website for free. He wants to use world edit but there's no mods folder for him to put it in. How can he use world edit? Please be specific.
I play on multiple multiplayer servers on minecraft. On one of the servers I died, and obviously I respawned at the server's spawn. The only problem is, is my minecraft crashed the second I was placed into the spawn. This had never happened before. So after a couple of attempts of logging into that server and my minecraft immediately crashing I gave up. I went to another server and when I went to spawn, the same thing happened. It is extremely frustrating. After this I'm going to attempt to allocate more memory to my minecraft and see if that helps at all. If any of you have any more suggestions then please tell me.
What I have done so far:
Changed texture packs
Turned off all mods, including OptiFine
Deleted my.minecraft and redownloaded it (I backed up all my texture pack and mod files)
I'm about to allocate more memory.
This summer I would hopefully be able to build a PC. I can only dedicate 600 to the tower and OS. Then after that I will buy a monitor. Honestly if you suggest parts, don't worry about going over by that much. My max budget for the PC without monitor is probably like $620. I'd like a PC that can run games like Skyrim, and Battlefield on good graphics, not ultra, but I'd like better than just decent. The main reason I want this PC is to Play Minecraft on good graphics, with maybe a mod pack or so. Also I'd like to do some PC recording on Minecraft. Also I'd like to be able to use my Elgato for my Xbox.
Please can some one help me. I'm making a minecraft mod and i get this wired error al the time. I have the latest version of java and it is still not working. If you think you know it pleace help. I have 64 bit windows 7 and noting works.
Well, as stated above, I'm having some troubles with trying to download and install CrazyCraft for Minecraft. I have no intentions of downloading VoidsWrath, so I will ignore any comments involving it.
I have attempted downloading other mods and succeeded(particularly, LuckyBlock, Herobrine, and Slenderman mods). I managed to get each of those working perfectly, but CrazyCraft seems to be a no-go for me.
I can give you this information pertaining to my laptop:
-It's Windows 7, 64bit laptop.
When I try to access Minecraft to see if the mod worked, it loads to the main screen for a brief moment, then returns to the launcher. It doesn't say that it crashed or anything, it just returns to the launcher. I'm not sure how to check what is going wrong, but here's some information I'm not sure you'll need:
- When I loaded 1.7.2 Forge, it did not have CrazyCraft on it. I tried loading 1.6.4 Forge, and this is where the above-mentioned issues come into play.
Now, rest assured, I have been reading around trying to find a solution without having to ask. I've tried what I've found, and nothing helped. I deleted my old Minecraft(after saving my files) and started anew, but that didn't work. I've tried using 7-Zip to archive the files, and that worked for the Slenderman mod, but not CrazyCraft. I also tried simply changing the name of the files to.jar (which also worked for Slenderman, but not CrazyCraft).
Am I just unable to run CrazyCraft because there's so much in involved?
I see a lot of minecraft mod review and some of them have a block viewer or something. Whenever they hover over a block, it states the name at the top of the screen. Like in the picture. Is it a mod? Please help!
I want to get the Timbur mod for my minecraft server BUT my mate can't get mods so is there a way around this? Do I just get the mod and put it mod the server folder? I'm not sure! I'm using 1.7.9 and bukkit isn't out.
Hi, I play vanilla 1.7.9 minecraft on Windows, and I really want to craft a slime block for no reason because they look adorable! However i can't craft one! I have 9 slimeballs and placed them all in my crafting table, but it just didn't appear in the result. I looked at minecraft.gamepedia to check if it wasn't a mod- and it isn't a mod! So how come it's not working? Did Mojang delete it?
Alright so soon, if I play my cards right, I will be able to earn about $500 and I want to spend it on a gaming pc with some money left over. (
