Buying New Gaming PC, Need Thoughts?

Hi, as says in the title i'm planning on buying a new Gaming PC (which the seller built himself) and need a sort of review or your thoughts, The PC I curently have was supposed to work well with Gaming but it can hardly even play Minecraft Singleplayer without lag. The pc i'm planning to be is 400 Euros which and the seller has included a 21 Inch Dell 1680 x 1050 Monitor and a Keyboard & Mouse. And yes the seller is trusthworthy, Here's the specs:

So what do you think? I want to be able to play titles like Skyrim on Ultra with mods, Watch Dogs, Borderlands, Maybe Elder Scrolls Online and GTA V when it comes to pc and more, Will this be possible with these specs? How to speed up Minecraft?

I'm playing on my Windows 8 laptop, not a great one, but not terrible either. I have downloaded the Forge 1.6.4 MoonQuest mudpack, which, yes, does have 77 mods. But my MC seems to be running really smoothly, even with the texture pack on, except it seems to freeze for a tiny amount of time every few seconds, which is seriously annoying. I've have optifine and have done what a lot of videos and forums have said - I've used task manager to set the priority to high, changed the settings and closed a lot of back ground tasks. But the lag hasn't changed. This is a singleplayer world. I can't play like this. I can't really buy anything or upgrade my computer, and I can download only programs that don't require things like WinRAR (I'm too cheap to buy it). Please don't say take out some mods because I fear that if I take one out the whole mudpack will get messed up.

How to change block textures for Minecraft on Mac?

I have a Mac computer and recently got mine craft on it, I want to edit what the blocks look like in my game but I can't find how, I'm not trying to add a texture pack, I just want to change the look of the blocks myself. I've googled ways but can't find any results. In my minecraft folder there's the following:

Looking for a Minecraft mod?

It's a mod that had flying, teleporting, a minimap, too many items, and many other things i can't remember all in one menu. It was a very nice mod i used to use and i would love to use it again, thanks!

My minecraft world won't load (pc)?

My minecraft world won't load. I have no mods. So what happens is either 1. It will say load world and build terrin for a bit then go to the title screen or 2. It just enters the world but there's nothing in it what should I do? Its survival and i have a good amount of stuff and builds. If you need to know more feel free to ask and i will happily awnser. Also i've been playing in LAN for majority of the time in this world.
All that happened was i died and tryed to get my stuff back but i had to leave and then i came back and this happened…

Ran out of things to do in Minecraft: O?

I have ran out of things to do in Minecraft singleplayer. I have done all I have thought of doing. Some examples include:

Build a house,
make crop farms with redstone,
build animal farms,
build a mob trap & xp farm,
make a working lighthouse,
rollercoaster,
dug a 64x64 hole,

All sorts.

Need ideas that are useful, not destructive, worth me making etc.
