I have ran out of things to do in Minecraft singleplayer. I have done all I have thought of doing. Some examples include:
Build a house,
make crop farms with redstone,
build animal farms,
build a mob trap & xp farm,
make a working lighthouse,
rollercoaster,
dug a 64x64 hole,
All sorts.
Need ideas that are useful, not destructive, worth me making etc.

Added (2). Also I don't want to use mods and want to stick to my current survival map.
You should download mods. You can build/have certain things you don't have in normal Minecraft or simply have a new map/terrain to explore or experiment with.
Well if you don't wanna use mods i suggest making a village suited fro villagers then switch to creative spawn villagers and the'll live there the cool thing tho is that depending on how big it is iron golems will spawn so say 64x 64 possible 5 golems may appear i think never made one that big tho hope i helped
Here's something i did with a few of my friends - We flew up really high (creative mode) and made a large space station with little ships coming off the side. Fully furnished and carpeted, our own rooms, used minecarts as landing crafts and stuff…
