I can't seem to upload mods?

I do all the stuff, and none of it works like I've downloaded the latest forge, and then modloader then Mocraft then it won't let me put it into jar. But I don't seem to have a mod folder, how is that?

Why is Minecraft dropping frames so bad?

I have recently built my first gaming PC and have been playing Minecraft with ShaderModCore, Forge, OptiFine, and SEUS shader mod v10 installed. I can't for the life of me figure out why I was playing stable at 46fps for several days, now today to find it is stuck at 13-16fps. What the heck is going on? I reinstalled Minecraft, reinstalled Java, and checked for a video card update to no avail. I checked my temperature which are: (using SpeedFan):
GPU: 65C
Temp1: 42C
Temp2: 40C
Temp3: 51C
HD0: 34C
So, I need to know why the fps has dropped so drastically so quickly.

Added (1). Those temperature are while playing Minecraft btw.

Minecraft: Can't install mods using Forge?

I decided I wanted to install some Minecraft mods today and so read up and installed Forge. That worked fine (to my knowledge) and when opening Minecraft with the Forge profile and looking at the mod list, it has the 3 Forge mods installed.

However, when I went to add Rei's Minimap mod and Too Many Items, I put the.zip file in the mod folder within.minecraft then ran the launcher they would not appear on the mod list or in game.

Both the.zip files were compressed, I don't know if that makes any difference, I'm just trying to think of anything that might be causing a problem. (I'm not tech smart.)

I've followed the instructions off various sites and YouTube videos but I just can't get it to work.

(I think I read that Too Many Items has to be installed differently, or something like that, but any clarification would be appreciated.)

If anyone has any ideas as to what could be causing my problem I would be very grateful.

Does the mo's creatures minecraft mod cost money?

I'm interested in possibly downloading the Mo's creatures mine craft mod onto my Laptop. I didn't really want to get if it was priced and expensive. If it is free, that would be great, otherwise if it is priced, how much is it?

I have searched tons of places but i only see mods like too many blocks and i really want to get pixelmon or candycraft i can change to almost all of the minecraft versions and i also just want to know what mods i can get if i can't get any of them
