How to fix this 1.7.10 Forge problem?

I have 1.7.10 Forge on the Minecraft Launcher and every time i try to load it it takes me to a black screen where the Mojang name usually pops up then procedes to take me to a screen that has 1 box in the bottom left corner of the screen. This box has the usual Minecraft Title Screen background on it.
The rest of the space is just white and i can't seem to figure out how to fix it. All advice would be apreciated. I tried switching versions and it worked normaly then i switched back to 1.7.10 and it had the same problem. I'm not sure if it has something to do with the mods or something more in depth. If you need the list of the mods and other details just ask.

How to download Minecraft mods? - 1

I've already watched a whole bunch of videos, but the only ones I an download are TMI, Advanced Genetics, and Biospheres. I can't get the more complicated ones like CrazyCraft or Attack of the B-Team.

Good Client-Side mods for Minecraft?

I have been looking for some useless… But cool client-side/cosmetic minecraft mods… Some types of mods I like are:

-animation mods

-sound mods

-followers mod (kinda like wisps or pets)

-animal mods

Once again, I'm only interested in client side mods… Which means you can go on a server and they will still work. If any of you guys have come across ANY type of client-side mod you like, I'd be happy to know the name of it.

So I just figured out how to install minecraft mods, I go to minecraft and I go under the mods and when I click on a mod It only gives you the option of clicking done. How do I actually play the mod I just downloaded. Sorry If I sound really dumb I just don't know a lot about computers or minecraft.

Make an HD textured mod in minecraft?

So my question is what if you make a Minecraft Mod for the version 1.6.4 (version shouldn't matter, but just wanted to point it out) and you wanted the make the Textures for the mod like x32, then if you sent the mod out to public and people downloaded it, would the people be able to see the textures? Since minecraft uses x16 Textures unless you have a texture pack. Or would the x32 Textures glitch up? Thanks for the future answers. Hope you understand what I'm asking

Is Herbrine real or fake?

At first I thought Herobrine was fake, but now I have experienced something strange. I was just playing Minecraft like normal, on a map I downloaded, No mods either! I heard a strange noise, so I looked it up on Google what it was some answers said Herobrine and some said it was a glitch. After that I had looked up Herobrine sounds and it was the same thing I had heard. What could have happened? Was it Herobrine or a glitch? Is it possible that Herobrine could have came with the map? I need some help. If it was Herobrine how do I kill him?

Is making my own mod in minecraft hard?

Now I've been trying to look for some very simple mods but I haven't been able to find one. So I thought about making my own mod. But I don't want it to be very complicated and stupid! I want it to be simple enough for me to understand it. And I don't want it to make my pc super slow if it does that. I have a laptop and usually there more lackey, but my pc is a little bit more powerful then that.
