Is this pc good enough to run the sims 4?

^^ I'm not very computer smart so I was wondering if this pc https://www.bestbuy.com/...=212&loc=1 was good enough to run the sims 4 (maybe 3) on high settings with about 6-7 expansion packs, cc and mods. I do plan to buy more expansions in the future but for now thats all I have. I'm also very budgeted to about 5-600 dollars and don't have the time or ability to build a pc. Especially since I only want to play about 2 games seriously and a few other smaller ones. If not this, then any other recommendations at about this price range? I also plan to play minecraft heavily modded.

What laptop should I buy in order to play modded Minecraft?

I'm ready to buy a new laptop and besides needing it to do basis office functions like Google Chrome and Microsoft Office, I would like it to be able to handle running Minecraft with mods (possibly intense ones like shaders). However I'm working on a budget and would ideally not want to spend more than $500 on it.

Minecraft with Xray mod won't work properly on Mac?

I downloaded Minecraft X-ray mod onto my 1.13.2 profile how ever when I load it everything works fine except for none of my keys work including my escape key. The only thing that works is my mouse controls. I'm on a Macbook pro and it runs fine on all other versions such as my optifine version just this one X-ray version. I will go and try to bind my xray keys and all I can do is left and right click on that menu only as well.

Minecraft Mods don't appear in game?

I have the latest version of forge installed (1.13.2) and i'm trying to download mods. I'm downloading them from the forge mods website, and all the latest mods are 1.12.2, but i've seen a video of someone using them with 1.13.2 forge and it working. When i place them in my mods folder, they are .jar files, but when I startup minecraft it says "error _____is not a valid mod file."

Help with making a Minecraft Modpack?

I'm currently working on making a modpack for Minecraft to just play myself and maybe with a few friends. I'm making it in version 1.12.2 and have quite a few mods in it. The problem is that it is running with really terrible fps. It has no problem loading up or on the menu screens but once you load into a world and play it for a bit it just is laggy and has terrible fps. I'm wondering if there are any ways that I can speed up the fps and/or increase the performance of the modpack. Also, I have increased the memory of Minecraft to a very healthy amount and it doesn't ever reach it's limit and doesn't even have a very high memory usage anyways while playing.

Question: How can I improve performance and FPS in Minecraft for this Modpack? How can I improve the Modpack? Any insights or comments to provide?
