I really ned a new.minecraft folder, how can i get it?

I've beed trying to instal a mod but i messed up and tryied to fix every tging. I delited the.minecraft folder and everything but then my minecraft launcher kept saying that it can't connect to minecraft.net. So HOW THE HELL CAN I GET A NEW.MINECRAFT FOLDER?! QAQ

When you launch the minecraft launcher without a.minecraft folder the launcher will connect to minecraft.net to download the needed files. This means you need a working internet connection to get a new.minecraft folder. Just check your connection and try again.
