I wanna build a new pc but what part needs to be really good to get really good fps in minecraft?

Get a good processor that is either dual core or quad core, those should cost around a little over a hundred dollars, get a good graphics card with at least 1 gig of ram… Also if you should use this website it will help you very much with your PC building
