I can't delete my meta-inf folder on minecraft and upon reading other peoples problems most of them say to delete your bin folder, but i don't have a bin folder! I'm on windows 8.
I don't have a minecraft BIN folder/file?

Press ⌘Win+R and type %appdata% and press ENTER. Then navigate past the.minecraft folder and you'll see the bin folder.
