This summer I'm saving up for a MacBook Air for education and entertainment, I want to use it as my main computer for emails, coursework and Minecraft. I definatley want a MacBook because I like the Os speed and the quality of the software and hardware. Would I need to upgrade the ram to 8 from 4? Would this be okay for my planned use
I'm thinking of get pting a MacBook Air is it good for my desired use?

If all you need a computer for is emails, coursework and Minecraft, just build a pc for a fraction of the cost. If you need portability, you can do what you listed with a pc laptop for around $600
