Added (1). so like they removed bukkit, and plugins don't work.
how do you make a server with plugins (like oregenerator for skyblock) without bukkit?

Yes you can still make it, you just have to use an old version of bukkit. It's still around, and virtually all the plugins work with older bukkit. Not many have been updated for 1.8 yet. So you'll have to deal with 1.7.2 thru 1.7.10

Yes you can, you can simply use an older version of Bukkit, or you can use other plugin services such as Cauldron.
