Can I learn how to make minecraft plugins fast?

I want custom plugins for my server and I wouldnt mind making them myself. Any suggestions how I can learn it fast?

Look up how to do each individual piece, for example scoreboard, name tags, chat, block replacement, teams, etc. Copy + Paste and change variables.
