Found a house on minecraft survival is it safe?

It can't be a village if its only 1 house. The houses are usually safe, but it might include some traps, there could be strings on the floor that if you touch TNT would blow or a dispenser could shot you with arrows or firecharge. So just be careful.

If its only one house then its probably a witch hut, they only spawn in swamp biomes though. Villages only spawn in savanna/ desert/ plains biomes, not forests. If its a witch hut, it has no loot but its safe during the day, at night witches spawn around it that throw poison potions.
