I found one of those yesterday. I just wrote down the coordinates and kept on moving. I find all kinds of stuff when I go looking around. Mines, dungeons, temples and whole villages complete with people.

You have found a witch hut, it was probably in a swamp biome also. Be careful though, witches can spawn and throw potions of poison and damage to kill you (Only at night). If your on survival then those could make a good mob trap for XP and potions.
