Windows 10 minecraft

Ok i have heard that once you buy the java edition of minecraft you get windows 10 edition for free so i've had the java for a while and i've claimed my free copy of windows 10 like a couple months ago and i had the app of miencraft but it was a trial so i deleted it to try again and tried the code again and it says it already been redeemed i'm confused sorry if this is confusing i just wanna get the game ok

Ok forget all tat up there. I signed in on the original account that i redeemed the code on. The minecraft windows 10 edition was installed already on this account so i went on and i made A NEW XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT a whole other email and stuff. Should i log into the xbox live account on the email i used before or does it matter? It still has not downloaded the full game it is still a trial!

If you bought java minecraft and were promised a windows 10 version for free, and you don't' have it yet, then you need to go back to the place where you bought your java minecraft and tell them. You've either been scammed or there's something missing you were never given either by oversight by the company or else deliberate (i.e. Scam). So go back to the company, or website, and notify them that you do not have your free Windows version yet (if it's a website, go to the website and look for customer service, or help or contact us link; if it's a store then go to the store and speak to one of the store associates). Essentially you paid for something you have not received yet. If they don't come through, you can report them to the BBB and/or even take them to court.
