I would like a PC (or laptop) that will allow me to play games. The maximum budget i have is 75pounds-120pounds and the games i would like to play are skyrim, minecraft, WoW, TF2 and a few other games so can someone help me

Might i add that i'm new to gaming and the only console that i have ever owned is an xbox so if you can please refrain from 2 to 4 UNHELPFULL word answers that would be nice
