Should i get ps vita or psp or even a Nintendo ds?

I want to get a handheld console just to mess about on and don't want to spend much money on the console and games, I like the psp because it's really cheap now and has a lot of good games but I like the ps vita because it's new but the games selection is poor in my opinion I only like football manager and FIFA on it and I don't want to spend money on it and it's rubbish and the upcoming games look terrible however the multiplayer community will probably be more bust than the psp and I like playing online gamesand even the Nintendo ds looks ok because it is cheap and has mario karts. I like games like cod, minecraft, fallout and left 4 dead, which should I buy? I also have an xbox360 so will the vita effect what I can go because I don't have a playstation
